Pastor Jeff’s message, as always, was very clear today. As the church is in the midst of the year of preparation, the few things that he kept emphasizing were to
• Prepare lives
• Prepare leadership
• Prepare base camp
He was so very sure of where God is leading us and where he is heading.
Then he began to challenge for new leaders to rise up, new carriers of the responsibility he was carrying. These carriers must possess
• Character (FATS)
• Competency
I was so inspired by his teaching. Not because he is good in teaching or humorous, but it was his conviction that kept me attentive to him. His heart for God and people, and passion for the church, was expressed by his enthusiasm when he teaches despite his sickness. He literally loved God with all his strength, serving God to his very best and very last breath.
I feel so assured following his leadership as he follows God’s leadership.
